Russia and China warn against military intervention in Syria

China and Russia appear on the same page as both countries have made it clear that they will do their best to stop western-led military offensive against Syria. In a development that has seen the US, European Union and Arab League joining hands against Bashar Al Assad regime, the fastest growing economy and former Soviet Union are also trying to assert their influence.

It remains to be seen whether China and Russia will be able to keep the US from carrying out strikes against Assad regime inside Syria, but the crisis seems far from over as almost every country having influence has responded to the fresh development, with most of them supporting impending offensive against Damascus.
